Returns & Refunds. We want you to love your Kaeru products. If something isn't right, we offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return. To initiate a return, please email us at hello@kaerubotanicals.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll review your request and, if approved, send you instructions for sending your item back.

Return Shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

Shipping Destinations. We currently ship within the United States, excluding Louisiana. We do not currently ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery. Once your order ships, you can expect delivery within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Rates. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, dimensions, and destination. Any applicable promotional shipping offers will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update with the carrier.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages. Kaeru is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen after delivery. Incorrect Address. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Kaeru is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.
